1. Our Websites & Programs
This Agreement applies to all digital platforms and websites owned or operated by TLC LLC, including:

We offer content and services to two types of users:
• Visitors: Individuals who browse our publicly accessible content.
• Registered Users: Individuals who purchase, subscribe to, or register for one of our products, memberships, or programs.
TLC LLC reserves the right to accept or reject user registrations and to terminate access for violations of this Agreement.
2. Description of Offerings
Our coaching products and experiences include, but are not limited to:
Hack the Dating Apps™: A guided strategy for conscious online dating.
The Quantity Down, Quality Up Process™: A step-by-step system for identifying and
attracting high-quality romantic connections.
The Grown & Liberated Love Club™: A membership community for personal growth
and romantic alignment.
Divine Equal Match™: A high-touch transformational coaching experience focused on
emotional liberation and relational fulfillment.
These offerings are proprietary and are licensed to users for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Community Guidelines
By using our platforms, you agree to act in alignment with our core values and community expectations. You must not:
Violate any applicable laws;
Upload or share harmful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content;
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others;
Spam, hack, or disrupt our websites;
Misuse proprietary program materials or share them without permission. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for behavior we consider harmful, offensive, or inconsistent with these guidelines.
4. Eligibility

5. Account Credentials
If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity under
your account. Sharing your login or giving access to purchased content to others is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments and Billing
All fees for TLC LLC products and services must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in a payment plan. You authorize TLC LLC (or its payment processor) to charge your provided payment method.
Payments are processed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.
You must keep your billing information current and notify us immediately of any
unauthorized use or suspected breach.
TLC LLC reserves the right to charge your updated or replacement card in the event of expiration or failure.
We may deny refund requests if the digital content is accessed beyond 90 days or if the course or membership engagement is incomplete.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our websites and in our programs including videos, worksheets, guides, graphics, logos, trademarks, and course materials is the intellectual property of TLC LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not:
Copy, distribute, or sell any content;
Modify, reproduce, or publicly display program materials;
Post proprietary content to social media or external websites.
Your access to content is limited to personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise granted in writing by TLC LLC.
8. User Content and License
Warrant that you own or have rights to the content;
Grant TLC LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use that content in promotions, training materials, and products;
Acknowledge that such content may be publicly visible and may be used in marketing.
9. Communications
We welcome your messages, but you should not send confidential or proprietary information via email or through the Websites. Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation or acknowledgment.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TLC LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months prior to any claim.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TLC LLC, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses resulting from your:

13. Termination

15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Binding Arbitration
If a dispute arises related to this Agreement or your use of our content, you agree to resolve it through binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Arbitration will be conducted by JAMS and may occur in person, by phone, or online in your local jurisdiction.
You and TLC LLC waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve claims individually (not as part of a class or group).
17. Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree:
Not to join any class or collective action;
To bring disputes only in your individual capacity;
Not to act as a representative or class member in any proceeding.
18. Equitable Relief
You acknowledge that unauthorized use of our content or brand may cause irreparable harm. TLC LLC may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights.
19. Miscellaneous
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and TLC LLC.
Any waiver must be in writing.
Section titles are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of our successors and assigns.
